Drumsun DHB/MDHB series consist of cold feed system,burner,dry & mix drum,dust collector,
bitumen supply system,PLC control system.
Features
Cold Feed Unit
Cold feed system consist of discharge belts and aggregate
collecting belt. The belt speed adjusted by AC drive and inverter.
The sand bin equipped the vibrator to void blocking.
Drying Drum
The gearbox motor drive the drying drum.There is 50 mm
thermal insulation material outside the drum. Keep the temperature
inside and make sure the complete drying.
Burner
The burner is optional. The fuel can be gas or oil. The fuel can be
burned adequately in the drum mix asphalt plants.
Aggregate Elevator
The special design of hot elevator for drum mix asphalt plants.
The asphalt can be produced continuously for using this.
PLC Automation System
in our drum mix asphalt plants.You can do the management like Temperature control, discharge gate
control,weight control, electrical control,etc.
Control Cabin
The control cabin equipped with emergency shut-down system,and
it is the centre of the whole equipment.
